Unfortunately in life we have to be serious some times. Therefore we have regulations to follow which protect you the customer and us the supplier ‘Cutie Pie Cards'. 2. USING THE WEBSITE AND REGISTERING

2.1 Cutie Pie Cards grants you a licence to access and use this website, but does not allow you to make commercial use of any of its content, nor to collect or store any of the images, product descriptions or prices, either manually or using data-mining or data gathering techniques without the express written permission of Cutie Pie Cards.

2.2 All of the content on the website is the property of Cutie Pie Cards, and enjoys the full protection of UK and international copyright laws.

2.3 Our website gives you the option of registering with us with a username and password. Responsibility for keeping the username and password confidential is with you the user. Cutie Pie Cards does not have the means to verify the identity of people using the website and cannot be liable if someone other than you uses your confidential details.

2.4 We may use the cookie functionality in your web browser to store information and improve the website experience. If you have concerns about our use of cookies, or any other technical aspect of the site, please contact us. Please see Privacy and Cookie use for full breakdown of our policy.

3. PLACING AN ORDER ON THE  WEBSITE

3.1 Please note that we can only accept orders from residents within the United Kingdom and ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

3.2 When placing an order through the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under English law.

3.3 When you submit an order, your submission constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Cutie Pie Cards. On acceptance of the offer, your contract is with Cutie Pie Cards, and your statutory rights are with Cutie Pie Cards.

3.4 Cutie Pie Cards changes its product prices from time to time and always tries to ensure that they are up-to-date. In the unlikely event that a product on the website is shown at an incorrect price, Cutie Pie Cards reserves the right to not accept your offer to purchase at that price and will contact you to ask you if you wish to purchase at the correct price. If you confirm that you wish to purchase at the correct price, that confirmation will constitute a new offer to Cutie Pie Cards.

3.5 Prices displayed on the website do not include delivery charges which may or may not be applicable depending on which products you buy, your delivery address, and any promotions which may be running at the time you make your purchase. Delivery charges are shown clearly at the shopping basket stage of the order process and will constitute your contractual acceptance of the delivery charges which appear in the shopping basket as a result of those choices.

3.6 Only one Discount Code can be used per order. Offers apply to full price items only and exclude Bundles and Sale items.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment on the website is by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or PayPal. The cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

4.2 Apple Pay displays as a payment option for customers checking out on your store using Safari through the latest iOS 14 or macOS Catalina. Clicking Apple Pay automatically enters their stored shipping and billing information and lets them select a shipping method. Then they can approve the transaction with one of the following devices: iPhone SE, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, and later. iPad Pro, iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, and later. Apple Watch paired with a supported iPhone.

4.3 We charge customers' credit/debit cards at the time the order is placed. The website does not allow you to order products which are out of stock which means that you should only ever be paying for products which can be shipped immediately. Occasionally, however, the stock position shown on the website may be inaccurate meaning we would be unable to send a product shown as 'in stock' and for which you have paid. If this happens, we will contact you to ask whether you would prefer to cancel the order and receive a refund, wait until stock becomes available or order an alternative item.

4.4 Customer credit and debit cards are charged by Cutie Pie Cards in pounds sterling only.

4.5 Ownership of goods remains with Cutie Pie Cards until full payment is received from the customer.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 Nothing in this clause (5) excludes or limits Cutie Pie Cards liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or gross negligence by the company or its employees or restricts your statutory rights.

5.2 Subject to 5.1 above, Cutie Pie Cards will not be liable for: any damage or loss suffered by you where such damage or loss was not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract, including damage or loss resulting from a breach by Cutie Pie Cards of these Terms and Conditions any damage or loss suffered by you where you did not enter into a contract with Cutie Pie Cards as a consumer.

5.3 Cutie Pie Cards total liability to you for loss or damage arising out of our contact with you will be limited in respect of each claim to the purchase price of your order or orders.

5.4 Cutie Pie Cards will not be responsible for any breach of our contractual obligations if the breach arose out of an event beyond its control, including but without limitation: failure of infrastructure, government intervention, wars, civil commotion, hijacking, fire, flood, accident, storm, strikes, lockouts, terrorist attacks or industrial action affecting either Cutie Pie Cards or its suppliers.

6. GENERAL

6.1 Cutie Pie Cards reserves the right to make changes to its website, policies, and Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion.

6.2 If any of these Terms and Conditions are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by law, to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

6.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy

By using the Cutie Pie Cards website, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you accept that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be 'in writing'. For this purpose, the most recent email address which you have provided to us will be deemed to be the correct email address for us to use. You may of course opt-out of any Cutie Pie Cards marketing messages at any time.

Cutie Pie Cards will never sell your data on to a 3rd party. We'll only use it within Cutie Pie Cards to send you emails which let you know about our goings on, if you've said it was OK for us to do so. Will will never Spam you. You can always opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails we send, or contact us to ask us. We'll do that straight away. We won't pass your information on to third parties nor will we send you promotional material unless you agree to it.

Cookie Use

Cookies are small files which ask permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. If you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps to analyse web traffic or lets you know when you've visited a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. The web browser application can tailor its operations to your needs, likes and dislikes by gathering and remembering information about your preferences. 

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being viewed. This helps us to analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer wants and needs. We will only ever use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.

Cookies will in no way give us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Shipping Methods

All our items are shipped by Royal Mail. Your postage rate will be calculated automatically when you input the delivery address of where you want the package to be sent to.

Returns

We hope you'll love your Cutie Pie Cards products.  We're not only passionate about creating unique cards but what’s most important is the quality of the card that we supply to you. However we understand that people can change their mind or in very rare occurrences faults can occur. If this is the case, here are the available options.

If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The right to return or exchange items within 30 days does not affect the statutory right to cancel.

Items need to be in an unused condition. Any refunds will be made to the card used to purchase the original item.

What to do with your returns

We strongly recommend returning your order using a trackable method as both you and Cutie Pie Cards can track the return if there are any problems. Liability for the return is with you until it has arrived in our warehouse. We recommend a Royal Mail tracked service.

When you request a refund for returned products we will refund the cost of the product(s) but not the cost of the shipping. When you request a replacement for returned products, we will always pay the shipping costs of sending a replacement if the initial product was faulty or it was incorrectly sent by us. If the reason for the return is that you did not like it, Cutie Pie Cards reserve the right to ask you to pay the shipping costs of sending the replacement. If you decline to do so we reserve the right to cancel your initial purchase instead of sending a replacement. We aim to process returns within 2 working days of their arrival with us, to pay refunds within 7 days and to send out replacements within 7 days.

Faulty Goods

Cutie Pie Cards is committed to product excellence and stands by the quality of the cards we lovingly make by hand, although, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. If the returned products were bought by you in a sale, the entitlements set out above do not apply. If you have used a discount code, returns and exchanges are as normal. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns on sale items.
